Grab a tape measure and take the measurements you need following these tips:
CHEST: You have to measure your chest by the area wider, completely surrounding it.
WAIST: Measure the full contour of your natural waistline, above the hip.
HIP: Take this measurement surrounding the entire body at the wider from your hip
ARM: Take this measurement by circling the resting biceps on your side wider.
FOOT: Find your shoe size in the table.
SHOT: Measurement of the garment from the waist to the crotch seam.
LEG: Measurement of the garment from the waist to the end of the leg.
NOTE: The image shows the measurements to be taken into account by each person when choosing their size, regardless of the model or type of garment chosen.
