Grab a tape measure and take your measurements following these tips:

CHEST: You have to measure your chest by the area wider, completely surrounding it.
WAIST: Measure the full contour of your natural waistline, above the hip.
HIP: Take this measurement surrounding the entire body at the wider from your hip
