She took up athletics at the age of 10 at the Club Atletismo Albacete school and began competing as a second-year U12, and has just moved up into the U18 category. The result she is most proud of is her 4th place in the U18 category at the Spanish 10 km Road Race Walking Championships, held in Cieza on 15 February 2026.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Sporting achievements&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Her <strong>best results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-4th, Spanish U18 10 km Road Race Walking Championships (Cieza, 2026).<\/p>\n<p>-4th, Spanish U16 3,000 m Race Walk Championships for regional federations (La Nuc\u00eda, 2025).<\/p>\n<p>-6th, Spanish U16 5 km Road Race Walking Championships (Mar\u00edn, 2025).<\/p>\n<p>-7th, Spanish U16 Outdoor Championships 3,000 m race walk (Gij\u00f3n, 2025).<\/p>\n<p>-8th, Spanish Winter Race Walking Championships (3 km), U16 development level (O Barco de Valdeorras, 2025).<\/p>\n<p>-1st individually over 3,000 m race walk at the Spanish U16 Club Championships (Final A).<\/p>\n<p>-1st, Castilla-La Mancha U18 10 km Road Race Walking Championships (Campo de Criptana, 2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;<\/strong>1st, Castilla-La Mancha U16 5 km Road Race Walking Championships (Campo de Criptana, 2025).<\/p>\n<p>-1st, Castilla-La Mancha U16 3,000 m Race Walk Championships (Cuenca, 2025).<\/p>\n<p>Her <strong>personal bests:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-3,000 m race walk on the track: 14&#8217;34 (U16)<\/p>\n<p>-5,000 m race walk on the track: 24&#8217;05 (European U18 qualifying standard)<\/p>\n<p>-10 km road race walk: 51&#8217;17 (U18)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>What you might not know about Carolina&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>For years she combined athletics with taekwondo. She took up this Korean martial art, which is also an Olympic sport, at the age of 6 and reached blue belt.
