She spreads motivation and love for him. running, a sport she began practicing after becoming the mother of her second child. «Running started as an escape valve and now it is part of my life and my daily life»He says.

Personal sporting achievements…

After having her second child, Roser joined the running to your life. And what started out as a form of physical activation and getting in shape became something more serious. As soon as he started training in a programmed manner and with objectives, it didn't take long for good results to arrive, first in 5K events and then also in 10K. When CD Metaesport joined, she put herself in the hands of coach and trainer Toni Montoya and experienced the satisfaction of lifting ribbons as an absolute winner in events such as the Formentera 8K (in 2021 and 2022) or in Sant Adrià de Besòs (her homeland). Her personal best in a half marathon is 1:25:34 and in 2022 she tried to attack the 42,195 km for the first time, but a virus prevented her from doing so. «I had thoroughly prepared for the Valencia marathon, but a couple of days before the test I caught a virus that one of my children had caught at school. I took the exit knowing that I was going to suffer, but I didn't want to give up without trying. It was very painful to have to retire after having put so much work and dedication into it,” says Roser. In 2023 her big goal will be the marathon.

Roser is seduced by all challenges that have to do with running and embarks on any project that is proposed to him. In addition to running on asphalt, he also likes to take on trail tests and in recent years also cross-country. In 2022 he debuted on the track to add new experience and competed in the regional 3.000m master 40 championship.
