How can I get the invoice for my purchase?

The simplified invoice will be sent automatically to the email with which you have registered and with the registration data.
Make sure before registering that the registration data is what you need on the invoice because once issued it will not be modifiable.
If you do not receive the invoice, you can write an email to accounting@42krunning.com, but first check your spam/junk mail folder.

Is it necessary to be registered to place an order?

During the purchase process you will have to complete a short form and you will be registered to make purchases whenever you wish. With your email address and password you will be able to access from any device to make purchases. If at any time you wish to update your details, go to MY ACCOUNT and in the Account Details folder you can modify your personal information, email address and change your password.

I don't remember my password, how do I get a new one?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry: click on "My account" (button of the header) and on the login screen, click on “Forgot your password?” and you will receive an email to log in with a new password (if you do not receive it after a few minutes, check your spam/junk email folder.

What payment methods do I have to make my purchases?

We offer four payment methods for your purchases:

How do I know if my order has been processed?

You will receive an email with the confirmation of your order at the email address you have provided in your customer file. If you do not receive confirmation of your order, check your spam folder. If you can't find it there either, send us an email to Shop@42krunning.com. We will be happy to help you!

Where is my order/package?

When your package has left our facilities in Paterna (Valencia-Spain), and depending on the shipping system chosen, you will receive an email with a tracking link with which you can track your shipment.
If you don't receive your order confirmation and tracking link, remember to check your spam folder (sometimes emails end up there). If after 2 or 3 days you still do not receive the tracking information, do not hesitate to contact us by email. Shop@42krunning.com and we will be happy to help you locate your order.

How much time do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from delivery of the order. Items may not have been used or tampered with and must be in perfect condition for sale, with their original packaging and labels.
For certain sales campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas...) the return period is extended. Check the special conditions in Terms and conditions of purchase.

How do I proceed to make a return?

You have 14 calendar days to make returns (except for special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas or Sales in which the term for returns will be longer).

The cost of the return is borne by the customerand the products  they may not have been used and  must be in perfect condition.

Once your return is received and reviewed, 42K will proceed to return the corresponding amount by the same means of payment with which the purchase was made.

Is there a product that cannot be returned?

Returns or exchanges of the following products are not accepted:

  • Hygienic masks of any kind (since it is a personal hygiene product).
  • Intimate garments (for hygiene reasons).
  • Electronic products that have been turned on and / or activated.
  • Any product whose file is expressly determined that it cannot be returned or exchanged.

What happens if I receive a defective or wrong item?

If you receive a defective or wrong item, you must notify us within a maximum period of 48h after receipt. Send an email to Shop@42krunning.com reporting the problem and attaching photographs that show it. Indicate the reference of the order, we will immediately analyze the problem and do our best to give you a satisfactory solution in the shortest possible time.

From what purchase amount do I not have to pay shipping costs?

Shipping is free from €40 of purchase for all peninsular Spain; Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and any other country will always have shipping costs.

Do I have to pay taxes to receive orders in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT, but the client/receiver has to take care of the dispatch, duties and taxes. These taxes, IGIC / IPSI or any other customs and / or tariff expenses, are not included in the price of the item or in the invoice. The amount they will have to pay is independent of the shipping costs of the carrier.
Customers will be responsible for paying the IGIC/IPSI corresponding to the transport company.

How can I find out my size in 42K products?

In all the product sheets of the store you will find a quick size guide with measurements of the garment in flat. We are developing a new size guide based on anthropometric measurements (height, weight and body perimeters) to help you get the right size selection.

Can i buy the products 42K in a physical store?

No. 42K Products are sold exclusively in our online store and in some marketplaces selected by the brand so that you can buy at any time, 365 days a year.

Do shipments for sporting events incur transport costs?

Orders for sporting events and/or popular races with delivery in mainland Spain have shipping costs included when they have a taxable base of more than €300 without VAT (bib orders are not included). Orders under €300 and all orders with delivery in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and abroad will have the shipping costs separately.

In the case of shipments to countries and/or territories that are not part of the European Union, the client/recipient will have to pay the transport and the taxes, tariffs, customs expenses and/or fees that the laws of the country of destination collect.

How can I request a quote for my test/event?

The commercial team of 42Kis at your disposal to inform, advise and accompany you during the process of selecting and customizing the technical garments and accessories you need for your event. We are specialists in making your “runner bag”.

The first step is very simple: you can fill out the form that appears in the section Sports events and in the shortest time possible (and sometimes it can't be the same day, so we ask you for a little patience) they will contact you via email to assign you the right salesperson based on the type of query and your geographical location.

We like to use the email as a communication channel because experience has shown us that it is the most effective to prevent confusions or misinterpretations that can occur in telephone conversations. What is not written is forgotten.

What custom item options do I have for my event?

We have two options differentiated according to the production line: Collection y Custom. You have all the information in the section of Customization of sportswear.

What printing/personalization techniques are possible in 42K?

We have all the commonly used stamping techniques: SERIGRAPHY, DTF, POSITIONAL SUBLIMATION, FULL PRINT, PAD PRINTING y DIGITAL UV. Get to know our system in detail personalization of sportswear.

SERIGRAPHY: It is the most used technique for the personalization of textile articles. Almost any logo can be made as long as it does not have gradients, blurs or patterns. Supports a maximum of 6 colors. Due to cost, it is the best option for large quantity orders. See examples.

DTF: This innovative digital printing technique offers great definition in full color and a very pleasant print touch. It is perfect for color print jobs where gradients, blurs and the background color of the garment are not an impediment. It offers great value for money. See examples.

POSITIONAL SUBLIMATION: With this technique, the design is printed on a special paper that is transferred directly to the specific area of ​​the garment by heat and becomes part of the fabric, so the print/drawing never fades or loses intensity. With this type of print, the fabric maintains breathability and does not increase its weight. With this high-resolution digital printing we can print multi-color designs with patterns, gradients or faded. Keep in mind that as it is a technique that fuses the colors of the design with those of the garment itself, it should only be used on white or very light colored garments. The technique is only applicable on articles where polyester predominates (not valid for cotton articles, for example). See examples.

FULL PRINT: The printing technique is the same as that of positional sublimation, but without limits on the size or color of the garment. With this technique we invert the usual process, that is, we start with white fabrics that are customized to suit the client before being made. With this system there are no limits neither in the color nor in the printing area, being able to reach the seams. at the time of To design and make fully customized garments. As in positional sublimation, the print becomes part of the fabric and never fades or deteriorates. See examples.

PAD PRINTING: This technique, in which silicone pads are used to mark the logo on the article, allows us to stamp almost any small article, whatever its composition, although it is especially suitable for plastics and metals. The maximum print size is 5,5cm x 5,5cm and the maximum number of colors is 4. See examples.

DIGITAL UV: Digital printing is done directly on the item. This technique, which allows for full color printing, creates the image by shooting many dots onto the printable surface and combining them to create a color or image. Digital printing is mostly used to print on flat and smooth surfaces, as the distance between the print head and the item is fixed. See examples.

How do I have to send the files for the design and printing of my order?

Preferably vector format made in any of these programs: Adobe Illustrator / Corel Draw / vector PDF / InDesign or in high quality images (minimum resolution 300ppp) with any of the following formats: jpeg, tiff, png, bmp or psd. It is convenient to embed any image and trace the fonts.

In case the files do not meet these conditions, our design department offers the vectorization service at a cost of €20 per logo. In jobs that lack a corporate image, the creativity service will cost €20/hour. In any case, before running a job 42K will send a simulation that the client must return signed to the salesperson or the person in charge of design. The simulations include up to 2 modifications, from the third the cost will be €20/modification. Once an order is approved, no changes to the design or quantities will be accepted.

I want to purchase a race arch, but I don't know what options I have.

We have four models of start/finish arches for your event: polygonal, curved, semi-curved and circular. You can find out all its features and equipment at  Inflatable race arches.

I need a custom race arch, how soon can I have it available?

The delivery time since the purchase is formalized is 20-25 days.

My order will be paid by the sponsors of the event, how do I proceed?

The commercial that is attending your query will provide you with a link so that your sponsor can send it to us with all their data and authorizing us to invoice them for the amount they sponsor. One of the fields to be filled in on that tab will be the amount assumed and the event for which that item is intended. In case you have several sponsors, each one will have to send us their completed file to be able to bill each one for their part.

No. At 42K we will take care of everything related to the runner's bag and the bibs/imperdibles to participate in your race. In terms of structures, we can help you with the basic elements that dress the start-finish area, for example, inflatable arches and fence-covering tarpaulins.
