Going for a run in summer and ending up with sun marks seems inevitable. It is easy to identify a runner on the beach, by the marks on the pants, glasses, sneakers or shirt. Removing them is almost impossible, but if you don't want them to be so obvious, pay attention to these tips:
1 Run before ten in the morning and after five in the afternoon. You can avoid the sun in training and the hours of maximum heat, in which the athlete's performance drops considerably. The ultraviolet radiation will be less, so the sun's rays will not have the same effect on your body as in the central hours of the day.
2 The clothes. It will not cost us much to find in the market technical clothing de running, with solar filters, which, in addition, help us perspire well.
3 Use sunscreen. A sunscreen between factor 25 and factor 80, depending on skin type. It will be very useful when it comes to avoiding stains and protecting your skin from the dangers of sun exposure. Do not forget to spread it well and evenly over all parts of the body that your shirt does not cover.
4 A waterproof protector. Keep in mind that you are going to sweat, so you should look for a waterproof sunscreen. As we sweat more and we begin to dry the sweat, we will lose protector, so it is advisable to take advantage of the breaks dedicated to stretching or drinking water to put on cream again.
5 Self-tanners. To a greater or lesser extent, the marks will always be there, so we can use tanning creams or wipes to give some color to the parts where the sun never touches.
And don't forget the dangers of playing sports in the hottest hours of summer.
