Dynair: Lightness, breathability, durability and sustainability
Dynair is a technical fabric made from 100% recycled polyester with an optimised weight of 100 g/m². It is a very lightweight fabric that guarantees excellent breathability. It also offers optimal durability as it is designed to withstand continuous use, frequent washing and the friction that running involves.
CloudShell: Thermal protection, strength and lightness
CloudShell is a technical fabric made of padded nylon with a 160 gsm filling. It offers moderate thermal protection, ideal for cool weather or mid-season. This fabric was developed for garments that aim to provide warmth and comfort without compromising lightness. Its nylon composition makes it a strong, long-lasting fabric, ideal for withstanding everyday use and keeping the garment in perfect condition.

WindLock: Ultralight wind protection
WindLock is a technical fabric developed specifically for making running garments (jackets and gilets) that require effective wind protection without compromising the runner's lightness or mobility.
This fabric is made with 100% recycled polyester and acts as a barrier against the air, minimising the loss of body heat and preventing chilling during sporting activity.
Its lightness and strength make it ideal for outer-layer garments intended for sporting activity in cool or windy conditions where waterproofing is not required.

Elastter: High-performance fabric
Our drive to innovate and our search for the highest quality led us to develop Elastter, a high-performance technical fabric that marks a leap in quality for our running T-shirts.
Elastter redefines the idea of comfort, lightness and performance. Its ultralight structure allows optimal sweat evacuation, keeping the skin dry and fresh even in the most demanding training sessions and races.
It incorporates two-way stretch, adapting to the body's movements both vertically and horizontally. This guarantees total, unrestricted freedom of movement, so athletes can perform at their best without the garment holding them back.
Its exceptionally soft feel, designed to be like a second skin, prevents chafing and guarantees superior comfort.
With Elastter we continue to back the evolution of technical running kit, combining innovation, technology and design to deliver products that take performance to the highest level.
WINTRY FLEX: Thermal insulation, lightness and durability
The WINTRY FLEX technical fabric is used to make sports garments that must offer effective insulation against moderate cold or damp, while providing an optimal combination of lightness, strength and durability.
Its properties of thermal insulation, lightness and high resistance to wear under intensive use give it optimal qualities for making sweatshirts or sports jackets that can be worn comfortably and versatily before and after training, but also for outdoor training in cool or damp temperatures.
Its composition of 100% polyester at 210 grams per square metre makes it a perfect fabric for making garments that guarantee a feeling of lightness and flexibility for outdoor activities.
It is a fabric with a soft feel that is easy to care for, which together with its resistance to wear makes it perfect for use in everyday garments. Its high-durability structure ensures garments keep their shape and performance after many wears.

FLEXER Pro: Second skin
42K's Flexer Pro fabric is made of 72% high-quality polyester and 28% elastane, a textile fibre that adds stretch and is of great importance in sports garments demanding a full body fit without penalising freedom of movement.
Polyester provides lightness, durability and good breathability, while the proportion of elastane in this fabric provides excellent stretch to ensure a perfect fit and maximum comfort during high-intensity sport.
Flexer Pro fabric ensures garments fit the body like a second skin, favouring an optimal fit so you can perform at your best in training and competition.
This fabric is used to make garments (tights, competition briefs, tops and arm sleeves) for athletics clubs and competition squads in the CUSTOM section.

FLEXER: Sustainability and functionality
42K's Flexer fabric is made of 88% high-quality recycled polyester and 12% elastane, a textile fibre that adds stretch, a quality of great importance in certain sports garments.
Recycled polyester, obtained from reused materials, ensures lightness, durability and good breathability. Elastane provides the stretch needed for a perfect, comfortable fit, guaranteeing total freedom of movement.
Flexer fabric combines sustainability with functionality, giving life to garments that fit the body without limiting movement and delivering optimal performance in training and competition.
This fabric is used to make our running tights and competition briefs from the 4TRACK collection.

Tri-Active: High-performance 100% recycled technical fabric
TriActive is a new 100% recycled technical fabric joining the 42K catalogue to create sports T-shirts of the highest quality that are also kind to the environment. Made with 100% recycled polyester, this fabric stands out for its excellent lightness, breathability and softness. TriActive is the fabric that brings the new Motion collection to life and is also present in the new Dual Flow collection (on the front). This fabric features Dry-Tec+, SoftLight and DC4 technologies, which improve its technical qualities for creating T-shirts specifically for running and athletics by guaranteeing fast drying, softness and colour retention.
INFINI_TECH: 42K's first 100% recycled fabric
Infini_Tech fabric is made with polyester yarn obtained from small pellets known as ‘granulate‘, the recycled material that used plastic bottles are turned into. This fabric, which proudly carries the 100% recycled label, is characterised by its lightness, softness and breathability, which makes it ideal for making running garments.
Infini_Tech joined the 42K fabric catalogue in 2020 and has since brought to life different collections carrying the 100% recycled mark. Each T-shirt made with this fabric comes from turning recycled material (granulate) into polyester yarn, roughly 20 plastic bottles of 500 ml.
Infini_Tech guarantees running T-shirts of the highest quality, with the same lightness, softness and breathability, but with an added value that counts for a great deal: a lower impact on the planet.

Air-Flow: The fabric that lets the air flow
AirFlow is a new 100% recycled technical fabric that stands out for its excellent breathability, thanks to a cell structure that helps sweat evaporate outwards and also aids body cooling.
You could say AirFlow is the fabric that lets the air flow and it makes its debut in the Dual Flow collection, where it has been used for the back, shoulders and sleeves. Its lightness and high breathability make it a perfect technical fabric for running and athletics T-shirts, with the added value of being recycled.
Like the rest of the fabrics 42K uses, it features Dry-Tec+, SoftLight and DC4 technologies, which improve its fast drying, softness and colour retention respectively.

SOFTSKIN: Exceptional lightness and breathability
SoftSkin stands out as one of the most versatile technical fabrics in our catalogue of fabrics for making high-performance T-shirts for running and multisport. It brings together unbeatable qualities for creating technical T-shirts that are perfect for running: breathability, softness and lightness. It is a fabric offering exceptional lightness and breathability, so it guarantees magnificent fast drying. T-shirts made with SoftSkin fabric can ensure optimal performance on long training runs or in events such as the marathon.

THERMOFIT: Thermo-compressive and very soft
Thermofit is a thermo-compressive fabric made of 71% polyamide, 23% polyester and 6% spandex. It offers a good rate of sweat evacuation and helps the thermoregulation of body heat. Thanks to its great softness and excellent fit to the body, it is a fabric that guarantees maximum comfort for making garments intended for sport in cool weather.
The thermal insulation it provides, combined with good breathability, makes it ideal for creating technical garments used as a base layer for sporting activity in cold, damp conditions.

Competition Line: Second skin
This is a very lightweight stretch fabric. It is used in garments that need maximum fit, such as running, trail or fitness tights. Garments designed with this fabric are not compressive, but they fit the body like a second skin and, thanks to their elasticity, allow absolute freedom of movement during sport. This fabric allows full customisation through digital sublimation.

CELL TECHNOLOGY: Durability and solid performance
Made with 100% polyester yarn and built on our multifunction hexagon design, CELL TECHNOLOGY fabric offers good breathability and stands out for its excellent durability under intensive use. Garments made with this fabric deliver outstanding resistance to the wear of frequent use and the washing that comes with it. This fabric is used for garments that guarantee durability and solid performance in intense sporting activity.

Neo-Tec 100% Recycled: NeoTec's lightness and fast drying in a 100% recycled fabric
NeoTec 100% Recycled is an evolution of the NeoTec fabric that incorporates 100% polyester recycled from used plastic bottles. Its technical characteristics are identical to those of NeoTec.

NeoTec 50% Recycled is an evolution of the NeoTec fabric that incorporates 50% polyester recycled from used plastic bottles. Its technical characteristics are identical to those of NeoTec.

Neo-Tec: Optimal lightness and fast drying
NeoTec is the technical fabric we recommend for sporting events that need fully customised T-shirts in large quantities to give to their participants, since they deliver a fantastic result and runners are always pleased with them. The main characteristics that define this fabric are lightness and softness, which is why it is ideal for making running T-shirts. It is also a fabric that offers fast drying, making it perfect for technical garments used in the hot months of the year or in particularly humid areas.

Softshell: Windproof and water-repellent
The two-layer SoftShell fabric we use for our technical jacket insulates against wind and damp and also provides protection from fine or light rain thanks to its water-repellent qualities (it is not a waterproof fabric).
Softshell fabric, thanks to its lightness and flexibility, is ideal for garments meant for training in cold or damp weather and in fine rain for up to 60 minutes. The technical jacket we make with this fabric is a perfect piece as a pre- or post-training jacket.
Protection and lightness are the two great virtues of softshell fabric, especially this two-layer version.

PES ELASTIC: Thermal protection, stretch and strength
PES ELASTIC is a brushed technical fabric used to make the 42K technical sweatshirts thanks to its excellent performance for sport on cold, damp days. It is a fabric that guarantees thermal protection with the right breathability, which makes it ideal for creating sportswear for temperatures below +5º. It is a highly resistant stretch fabric that does not lose its shape and is easy to clean. This fabric allows full customisation through digital sublimation.
DrySilk: Softness, lightness and fast drying
DrySilk is a technical fabric that stands out for its outstanding softness and lightness, with the right amount of stretch that makes it ideal for garments demanding great freedom of movement, such as running shorts. DrySilk fabric guarantees optimal technical performance in intensive use thanks to its softness (so important in garments like running shorts), its lightness and its fast drying, thanks in turn to its exceptional breathability.

IUT (Interlock Ultralight Technology): Compact, soft and hard-wearing fabric
The IUT (Interlock Ultralight Technology) fabric offers a compact yet lightweight construction that makes it ideal for technical garments facing demanding use, as well as for mid-season pieces. Using this fabric in T-shirts for running and multisport (padel, tennis, trekking, Nordic walking...) results in technical garments that guarantee optimal comfort, thanks to their particularly soft feel, and durability. The ULTRALIGHT version adds extra lightness without losing its excellent behaviour under very continuous use.

Resistex: The perfect balance of lightness and strength
ResisTex is a technical fabric that, thanks to its compact, lightweight construction, stands out for its good strength and is perfect for making technical garments destined for intensive use.
ResisTex is the fabric we use to bring our technical polo shirt to life, a garment that can be worn for a casual-sport look but is also ideal for various sporting activities such as padel, tennis, golf, Nordic walking, trekking...).
ResisTex is a fabric that combines good strength and durability with the right breathability to create garments with a casual cut but with the lightness, fast drying and comfort demanded of clearly sporting pieces.

LightShell: Lightweight windbreaker
LightShell is an ultralight fabric used to make technical garments protecting against light or moderate wind (wind speeds below 20 km/h). As well as being efficient as a windbreaker, this fabric is also used for lightweight garments offering protection in “cool” temperature and humidity conditions (below 14º) when combined with a base layer.
ReSport: 100% recycled tubular fabric
Resport is a fabric made with 100% recycled Repreve® polyester fibre. It is a high-quality recycled polyester that guarantees a pleasant feeling of softness and comfort. It is perfect for bringing to life garments that have to be in contact with sensitive areas such as the neck or the face. Resport tubular fabric is used to create our technical bandanas, an accessory highly valued by runners for the excellent comfort it offers thanks to its stretch, softness and warmth across its many uses.
WetShield: Waterproofing and lightness
WetShield is a water repellent fabric used to make technical garments designed to protect against light/moderate rain and wind on short training runs, or to wear before and after competition. Thanks to its great lightness it allows very light garments to be created that can be carried and stored very easily. It is a strong, hard-wearing fabric that offers durability for continuous use.
New technologies to improve the qualities of the fabrics
42K seeks excellence in its technical fabrics, and that is why some of them have novel treatments to improve their technical qualities of quick drying, softness and colour conservation.
DC4 LONG LIFE COLOR: Colourful designs that last
The DC4® process is used on our sports garments in order to lock in the colour and turn them into garments whose intensity does not fade over time or with washing. 42K goes for current, dynamic and sporty colours, and this process guarantees the vividness of our products for far longer.
Dry-Tec+: Enhanced breathability
Dry-Tec® technology acts directly on how breathable our garments are. It manages the moisture the body produces, drawing it quickly to the outside and evaporating it fast.
SOFTLIGHT: Softness without abrasion
The first quality that turns a technical garment into one you actually want to wear is how soft and light it feels. That is precisely what SoftLight® technology takes care of: a process in which the fibres of the fabric undergo a change that removes any possibility of abrasion and achieves a very soft finish, comfortable to the touch.
