What you might not know about Rosalía…

She was born in a very small village in the province of Albacete, Alatoz, a municipality of barely 500 inhabitants in the La Manchuela district. To chase her dreams, in sport and in her studies, she had to leave her village at just 16, although she goes back whenever she can to spend time with her family, one of the pillars of her life. She loves reading and the mountains, so she does not rule out moving to trail running in the future. “I can see myself running my first 42K on the trails before I run one on tarmac”, says the woman from Alatoz. She studied Sports Science (INEF) and is now training to become a PE teacher, “my real calling ever since I was little”.
