6:45 in the morning, 5th Degrees and clear skies …… it seems to be aiming well.
Technical clothing, prepared drums and my Saucony Rider. Departure to the meeting point at the L´Eliana Sports Center. We have arranged to meet at 7:30 to do 20Km through the Rio and Bosque de la Vallesa. I don't know what they have on Saturday mornings at this time, but everyone had smiles on their faces, like children before a soccer game.
The route is marvelous through the Turia Natural Park, zigzagging along the river and crossing it over and over again by the infinity of wooden bridges along the route, the temperature there was significantly lower, around 2º degrees, but it was worth it. .
We have arrived at La Cañada approximately one hour and ten minutes later, with empty drums because there are no fountains on the route. 1:45 and 00 km approx. according to Don Garmin.
Once again it has been a pleasure to run with my friends ……… .. I hope to see you tomorrow for our Sunday outing.
