The human being is an amazing machine, it regenerates, grows and adapts to changing conditions.My Friends the Templates 1 of its environment, but despite this, it is far from being an ergonomically perfect machine. The solution:

In most cases, templates can be the solution to these annoyances. Now, it should be noted that not all templates are the same:

My Friends the Templates 2commercial templates: They are made "for all audiences" and usually have the "anti-shock" attribute. Except in cases of extreme pronation or supination, these insoles will not be able to help much. They are found in large stores such as Decathlon or even Carrefour. Not advisable.

Orthopedic soles: They are designed to improve stability, always from a STATIC position. This point is basic, since most runners do not usually have discomfort when we are stopped. They are the typical orthopedic insoles, which are made using molds, and despite the fact that they fit perfectly on our feet, they are not going to provide us with a definitive solution, since they do not contemplate the "stride" of each runner. Unlike commercial templates, the amount is already significantly higher, since they require a manual and costly process in terms of time and materials. Advisable for sedentary people but not advisable for runners.

Un ergonomic study will study our position in motion. For this, it will basically use visualization and measurement tools of the pressure in the footprint and video cameras to study our stride in movement. It is clear that our position at rest will also be taken into account, although this is not going to be much less the input principal. The study consists of observing your stride "in action", so they make you run for a long time on a treadmill with countless cameras installed. Afterwards, "patterns" of the anomalies of your body are extracted, to later contrast it with the pressure maps obtained. In short, it seems to me a highly technical process, based on an overwhelming logic that has the help of technology. As they apply a correction to our footprint, and therefore to the stride, in each step we take when running, we are "re-educating" our body, which is why uncomfortable yagas usually appear at first. Alcohol baths applied regularly will help us to harden the skin, and therefore delay the appearance of yagas.

Without a doubt, the solution to many of our problems in the race.
