DON'T BE A SLAVE TO A DIET

It will seem a contradiction, that I, being a dietician, tell you this, but it is not.
Every day I see in my office that fear and that slavery tolimentation eye! I'm not telling you to eat anything, but forget to think and think about what I have to eat. I only do the controlled and heavy one in the case of a patient with a pathology to control, the rest is calculating their energy needs and knowing how to organize and plan a good plan tolimentary.

My interest goes beyond, I mean you forget about a diet and focus on starting to acquire a good habit, in being aware of why as eachlimento and in each guidelinelimentaria, if I'm going to train or on the contrary I don't have training. Being aware of how Ilimento, it prevents the dreaded anxiety that is so associated with a diet from appearing.

The moment you stop to think, stop the diet and start become aware of you, you will be taking the biggest step to change your lifestyle. With this I do not mean that you never eat something fried or stop having a social life because an unhealthy menu is proposed, not at all, we all have birthdays, friends dinners, family gatherings, sweets, wine…. What I mean is that those moments will be punctual and the rest of the days we will continue with our healthy habits.

You will notice it right away in your physique, in your state of mind, in vitality, in training…. the benefits are numerous.

But what is a healthy habit?

A healthy habit in terms oflimentation is eat 5-6 meals a day, never skip breakfast even if it's just a banana and walnuts, drink at least 1,5L daily, eat fruits, vegetables even if I don't like them (make an effort and eat the ones I like the most), use cooking techniques as roasted, steamed, papillote, fresh and avoid battered, fried etc.

Very important! Do not do atrocious with the daily feedings because the body is very wise and sooner or later it will give it back to you in some way. If you do not eat dinner, you will have a bad rest and you will drag the week, you will not perform at work, in training and anxiety and bingeing will end up appearing. 

It must be taken into account as in any area of ​​life CONSTANCE AND PATIENCE

Our job is to teach habits, the why of eachlimewhere and when and how. You just have to be willing to learn!
