Equity and equality in the sports field

From the Youth, Sports and Equality Area of ​​the Valencian Council arrives in Valencia, the next Thursday, January 21 in the Beneficència Cultural Center, a free and open day to promote equality in sports.
"With this conference we hope to promote analysis and reflection on the role played by women in the sports sphere as well as to reveal the causes that promote inequality between men and women. All this in order to alleviate the difficulties of women to progress in the various sports fields and work in favor of real and effective equality in Sports ”.
Therefore they understand that it is essential to work to promote equity in sport and effective equality between women and men, promoting the participation of women in sport and fostering their presence in all sports fields: direction and management, refereeing, training, education and research. And especially, they value how essential support from public institutions for women's sport and the empowerment of sportswomen to prevent them from leaving it at an early age and to facilitate that, when they finish their sports career, they continue to be linked to it. Thus 42krunning is always in favor of these social events, thus supporting the effective fusion of male and female sports.

With this day it is expected promote analysis and reflection on the role played by women in the sporting sphere as well as revealing the causes that promote inequality between men and women. All this in order to alleviate the difficulties of women to progress in the various sports fields and work in favor of real and effective equality in sport.
The day is open to councilors of sports, sports technicians and techniques, clubs, sports federations, referees and referees, coaches and trainers, trainers and trainers, etc.
