Take a tape measure and measure yourself following these tips:

CHEST: You must measure your chest at its widest, going all the way around it.
WAIST: Measure the full circumference of your natural waist, above the hips.
HIPS: Take this measurement around the whole body at the widest part of your hips.

Technical arm sleeves 42K KMSXELA white

The KMSxELA running arm sleeves are an accessory much appreciated by runners when temperatures are cold.

Part of the price is donated to the Fundació Internacional Miquel Valls contra l’Esclerosi Lateral Amiotròfica, a non-profit organisation that provides support and specialist care to people affected by ALS and their families. The foundation fights the disease by promoting its visibility and research into it.

These white technical arm sleeves customised for KMSxELA protect the arms from the cold, which helps prevent heat loss. They are made with very soft elastic lycra, which together with their lightness, breathability and fit on any type of arm makes you forget you are wearing them. They also have a silicone band on the inner elastic to help hold them in place while running. These are not compression arm sleeves.
