CHEST: You must measure your chest at its widest, going all the way around it.
WAIST: Measure the full circumference of your natural waist, above the hips.
HIPS: Take this measurement around the whole body at the widest part of your hips.

ARM: Take this measurement around the bicep at rest at its widest.

These technical arm sleeves customised for RunnersHeart by sublimation protect the arms from the cold, which helps prevent heat loss. They are made with very soft elastic lycra, which together with their lightness, breathability and fit on any type of arm makes you forget you are wearing them. They also have a silicone band on the inner elastic to help hold them in place while running. These are not compression arm sleeves.
